A Garhshankar resident accused his spouse and her members of the family of robbing him after spiking his mushy drink following a matrimonial dispute between the couple. The person has been admitted to the Christian Medical School and Hospital. The Tibba police lodged an FIR towards his spouse and her members of the family.
The accused have been recognized as Heena Sharma of Karamsar colony, her mom Kamlesh, brother Akshay and Akshay’s spouse Pallavi.
The complainant Gagandeep, 32, of Boda village of Garhshankar claimed that his spouse Heena had come to her maternal residence at Karamsar Colony following a battle with him 15 days in the past.
On September 25, he had come to Karamsar Colony to take her residence, the place the accused supplied him a chilly drink laced with intoxicants. After consuming the chilly drink, he fell unconscious after which the accused thrashed him badly and threw him on the road. When he gained consciousness, he discovered himself admitted to the hospital.
Gagandeep alleged that ₹10,000 stored in his pocket was additionally lacking. He accused his spouse and members of the family of stealing the money.
ASI Bhupinder Singh, who’s investigating the case, stated that an FIR below Sections 328 (inflicting harm by the use of poison, and so on., with intent to commit an offence.), 379 (theft) and 506 (prison intimidation) of the IPC has been lodged towards the accused. A hunt is on for his or her arrest.
