Norma Ruth Albright, 94, a resident of The Village at Morrisons Cove, handed away Monday on the dwelling. She was born in Shamokin, daughter of the late Rev. Norman R. and Mildred V. (Derr) Wagner.
She married Richard P. Albright on Feb. 14, 1948, at Hicks United Methodist Church, together with her father, the Rev. Wagner, officiating. Richard preceded her in loss of life March 30, 2013.
Surviving is a daughter, Richanda Conley; a son, Stephen Albright; granddaughters, Tamara Lange (Donald) and Alexis Albright; great-granddaughters, Talia Mazzetti-Trauger (Jason) and Tarissa Mazzetti; and several other nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in loss of life by brothers, Mardell “Mert” and Joseph Wagner; and son-in-law, Ronald Conley.
Norma was a 1947 graduate of Hollidaysburg Excessive College and was employed at Puritan Sportswear for a number of years.
She attended Claysburg United Methodist Church and performed the organ there for 25 years.
Norma loved knitting, stitching, tenting, fishing, biking, studying, her grandchildren and singing.
Norma dearly liked her youngsters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and her church household.
Pals can be obtained from 10 a.m. till the midday funeral service Saturday, Oct. 15, 2022, at Leslie-
Miller Funeral Dwelling, Claysburg, with Pastor Gary Blankley officiating. Interment can be at McIntire Cemetery, Hollidaysburg.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions could also be given to Claysburg United Methodist Church; or Mending Hearts Animal Rescue, P.O. Field 97, Hollidaysburg, PA 16648.
